How long before T-CLAIM for return not returned
How long do you have to wait for a T-CLAIM when the customer never posted the item… Have been billed the label cost… and it said to expect item back by yesterday but tracking shows never posted.

You shouldn’t have been billed for the label unless they used it- ie posted the item - so presumably it’s lost
Unfortunately, I don’t think you can file a safe t claim for lost items

As above - an item never posted (using the prepaid postage label) would never have been scanned, so no refund at first scan and you would not be billed for the label. As such, you should not even be able to open a Safe-T Claim.
Policy states for lost parcels under the prepaid postage label policy, you claim via the courier, but this would be impossible if the label was never scanned in the first place.
