Help please - I used a gift card (One4All) on the main amazon page to top up my amazon gift card and my whole seller account is deactivated now
I am so lost - no clue what to do and I need help. Currently I am a business seller and I have items up for sale. I recently got deactivated and had no clue why.
This is the email I got on the 21st of Feb:

We sent you a request for documentation earlier today. Until all the required information is verified, your funds are on hold in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.

What happens if I do not send the information?
If we do not receive the information within 14 days, in addition to holding your funds, we will deactivate your Amazon seller account.

I want to confirm got no request for ‘request for documentation earlier today’ and ‘th’ is the name I used for a prepaid gift card I used on my amazon . com buying page - to top up my amazon gift card - it got declined anyways because One4All gift cards do not work on it.
And then 4 hours later I got hit with this:

I have been on the phone over the last 2 days for over 3 hours for the same thing said again ‘at this time you can’t do anything’
the prepaid gift card was for £10 and i tried to use it to top up my amazon gift card and it got declined. thought nothing much of it. i used the name ‘th’ because it did not come with one and i though it meant nothing much. the payment was declined and i have since cancelled the order and card from my account.
I have made over 6 submissions on the seller appeal page for absolutely 0 response and same with the repetitive customer service and case logs. they also do not know what to do.
i have sent an email to confirmations-amazon-eu @ amazon . com regarding the situation but the lady from customer support is telling me that they will not read it at all.
I am asking for help from anyone - i am a new seller and don’t know what to do. everything seems a waste of time and though the customer service is super responsive at saying nothing new, they keep telling me to ‘do nothing’

Your best hopes are to try to ask seller support to direct you to the Amazon Payments team to explain what happened.
