Wooden chopping board listings being removed

WE have just had a few of our wooden chopping board listing removed because of wooden items being used with food. Has anyone else had this problem? As usual Seller support are absolutely useless as ever. I honestly struggle to understand what actual issues they can help with. Really confused as to why these have been reomved
