Issues with disbursements

I have not received any disbursements for over a month. I have not gotten a clear concise response as to why or what I can do in order to clear the issue. I have emailed scram, payments, and disbursement emails. I have not gotten a response. I need some assistance or a supervisor to help me clear up this situation.

I understand that you have not received the disbursements on your account for some time, and are getting minimal information regarding why. I do want to provide support as I understand this can cause growing frustration, so I did go ahead and review the cases shared in addition to communicating with another team.

It does appear that there are concerns with the activity and sourcing with the inventory in the account that may have contributed towards the issues you are seeing now. You would have received a performance notification on 1/4/25 that included information regarding the concerns. Our team is requesting that documentation be provided to properly verify the authenticity of the products.

We would advise on providing what you can for review so our team may determine the validity of your sourcing. If they identify any discrepancies or are unable to validate your documentation, they will be obligated to reject the submission. We encourage you to refer back to this thread with any additional information or updates that you may receive.

Yeah my funds been on hold since October was supposed to receive a disbursement on the 4th of February and then I get a email it’s the 14th and now the 16th. They continue to change and when I reach out to support they tell me they can only send a email and escalate yet I don’t get any email except for a generic message. It’s ridiculous how they don’t care or have a phone line because they know they’re wrong
