Amazon Lost Buy Box on Whole Account - Any Help Please

Hi,

Hope you are well.

We have unfortunately noticed we are NOT receiving the buy box on any of our listings. We noticed this sudden change this morning on 26/01/2022, yesterday (25/01/2022), it was completely fine.

Our Account Health has stayed the very same, yes our defects are higher than we would like. This is due to Ireland Order issues. 90% off the defects are from Irish orders due to Brexit issues. This morning the ODR was on 1.03, however, our team is working on appealing A to Z’s which are delivered etc. As of this moment it has dropped to 1%, and as the day progresses we assume it would drop lower and lower.

Its worth noting, we have previously, in December had our ODR rise to 1.18% and even then we never lost our buy box per…

Or late despatch rate is 0%, cancellation rate is 0%, VTR is 98.66%,

Can anyone please give us any kind of insight as to what we can do please, and does anyone know how often Amazon will review this to award the buy box back to us?

This is greatly affecting our business and any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think there may be a bug in the EU… we noticed about 30 mins ago all BUY box went for Italy and if we go to our inventory, it shows all listings are active, but if you click on them to see the listing, it shows as unavailable. This is the same for France, Italy, Spain. This the same for you OP?

(UK, Germany and US are currently fine)

Hi All,

It has been 3 weeks today since we lost the buy box/featured offer eligibility.

We are meeting all the required things to have it eligible.

We have contacted seller support and they are not helping at all.

We did a test and sent some products for fulfilment by FBA, they get the buy box without any issues, hence leading me to believe its definitely got to do with our previous ODR which was above 1 briefly.

Furthermore, we even tried to turn on SFP, but that did NOT give us the buy box either.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Hello, we are having the same issue on Amazon.de , all listings are not elegible for the buy box for already 3 or 4 weeks, its crazy , our ODR is 0% , our sales dropped 100% on amazon.de marketplace, also we noticed that on Amazon.it we have a category ( videogames ) that suddently all listings are also buy box not eligible , all other categories we are eligble.
But the problem on Amazon.de is that all categories and listings are buy box not eligible, that is driving us insane , i still haven’t figured out the problem , if someone finds out please let me know

That doen’t make any sense because if that was the cause it should be happening in all marketplaces, also we dont have currently any listing as “collectible” all are new, we have talked with our account manager and they also couldn’t find anything wrong with the account.
We are losing over 50.000 € in sales each month because of this issue.

We finally got our BB last night.

However, always worried it can go at any point.

I wish we could know if its going due to high ODR or whatever so we can do something about it, but ODR is well under 1% now/
