Does anyone know how you can offer an expedited shipping method and prevent mistakes?

I haven't tested to see if Amazon have any settings in place, but basically what's to stop you accidentally using a standard service?

For example if you send 100 standard (2nd class) orders a day and then 2 of them are first class or even special delivery, it seems easy to accidentally miss they paid extra for this, does anyone else know about this or have any measures in place?

I'd be grateful for any insights on this or experiences!

we are eligible for premium shipping and have seen sales double since this has been available - meaning customers can get the order next day if they order before 1pm and we fullfill these orders ourselves

now wondering what the sales increase would be if we had prime listing status but with SFP

doing this means we have to work weekends and have pick ups later, but if we get double sales again it will be worth it, however if the increase is only 10% if wont be worth it..

anyone got any stats for premium vs prime sales?

For the last week I have noticed that some of our FBM orders are being given a same day expected shipping date even though we do not offer same day shipping, and so when we ship them next day as we always have they are being marked as late shipment. I have gone through our shipping templates and the handling times are all set correctly, but for some reason these orders are not following that. Speaking to seller support has been no help at all (as per usual) just telling me to 'download the late shipment report where i will see they were shipped late' (which is how i found these orders in the first place andcontacted them about it...)

The orders themselves also say standard shipping and not premium (which we don't offer anyway) so they should be set to next day shipping like all our other orders.

Anyone else having this issue?
