Trying in improve my Inventory performance index, need help

Hello, i am trying to improve my IPI for almost 2 months now, i made some big improvement but my IPI is keep either going down or staying the same, i was able to improve my exness inventory from 35% to under 10% and my sell-through from 0.3% to 0.5% but my IPI is still 308 never gained even 1 point, did anyone experienced that before?

ofcourse i opened a seller support case and got some templates that does not help at all

This help page, Inventory performance, has a ton of info on the IPI Score and the best ways to improve the score.

  • Maintain a balanced inventory level between sold inventory and inventory at a fulfillment center and avoid excess and aged inventory.
  • Avoid long-term storage fees.
  • Fix listing problems.
  • Keep your most popular products in stock at the right levels, when possible, to meet customer demand and maximize customer satisfaction.
