Product miscategorized as hazardous good and isn't - Need better help

I am having an issue where one of our products has been classified as a dangerous good despite us selling other 99% identical products that are not classified as dangerous goods as well as checking all of our competing and extremely similar products with the dangerous good ASIN checker and seeing that those are also not dangerous goods. The product is a hot sauce making kit. We have other hot sauce making kits that include the same items and they are not hazardous goods. Our competitors include the same items in their hot sauce making kits and their products are not hazardous goods. We have been poking at this for multiple years now with still no resolution.
