SDS requirement for NON HAZARDOUS product

Hi so I have been selling my product for months and months on Amazon and now all of a sudden I have this compliance request for a SDS? My product is 100% non-hazardous and contains no harmful chemicals as it is used on skin. I managed to get an SDS and submitted it with all the criteria but I just keep getting the exact same generic response not being specific to what I need to do its crazy I've hit a wall! I desperately need help or I will have to quit selling on Amazon just when my business was starting to see good sales. I'm so sad for this please please help me I am going to lose thousands and thousands of pounds just when things were going well. The product is a skin spray with natural ingredients and NON HAZARDOUS, they give no idea of what they want or guidance.

This is what they keep sending:

The SDS must be composed in accordance with a valid regulation/legislation for Chemical Safety Compliance(for which your product is listed and stored).

The SDS does not include the legislation/regulation in accordance with the document was created

Legislation/regulation should be also mentioned in section 2 “Hazard Identification”.

Make sure that in Section 2 "Hazard Identification" it is mentioned whether the product is hazardous (including hazard identification marks) or not hazardous according to the legislation under which the documentation has been issued.

The SDS is not dated/does not contain a valid date format (if the document contains expiration date/only print date, the document can’t be accepted).

Thanks

where did you get the certificate from? It’s produced by the manufacturer as a legal requirement.

Actually they have been very clear in what your paperwork is lacking.

Just google "sigma aldrich safety data sheet water" for an example of what a real SDS needs to include. It does not matter whether something is hazardous or not.
