Amazon Broken seller central system and incompetent support
In June 2024 Amazon system literally hijacked 100s of ASINS and changed the bullet points without checking with us about these products. Our products are custom hand-built product created and sold by us. The bullet points were removed and instead the following incorrect misleading misinformation was added. No matter how many times we explained to seller support. They spectacularly failed to fix it . ( Case ID: 9892923462)
"Upgraded to enhance performance: Original Seal is opened for upgrade ONLY and are tested, inspected post installing the upgrades to achieve the specifications as advertised." <<-- This is actually mislead and a lie.
This caused confusion among customers and reduction of sales as the customers could not understand the specification of the product. Later on we spend 100s of hours to fix this issue.
In October 2024 the same thing happened again, at least 190 Asins were attacked this time and that means over 1900 Bullet points were replaced with the wrong information. This is happening to us and even competitors. So everyone is a victim here. Case ID: 10395158342
The original Bullet points actually exists in seller center product edit page. You can see this data is filled in the Edit page of the product. But the seller support refuses to re-instate this asking us to do a file upload to fix this. This means, we need to edit each ASIN manually on amazon page, copy the bullet data inside the asin and then put it into the excel sheet and then send it back to Amazon. This cant get any worse as they refuse to revert the problem to the original state. We even tried to edit 1 ASIN and update the information. The edit didnt apply. So basically even if we spend 100s of hours on this, the broken system cant be fixed unless its fixed from their side. And remember, these are Bullet points that forms as statement with specification and details of several word or sentences. This is not a single word or numbers.
Amazon system throws curve balls at us from time to time making our life miserable. We end spending days and months fixing the broken things here and the seller support team is extremely incompetent in fixing anything.
Can some take ownership of this and fix this for everyone, including other competitors? This looks like a bug in the system.

I stick to my statement. Its been weeks and the incompetent support is still repeating the same message and we have 100s of Asins that lost sales due to the mistake from amazon.
