Can I edit a % off promotion?

System doesn’t appear to let me edit the % discount applied when I go to edit?

you can not change the percentage. You need to do new promotion

Money off option appears to be ‘ buy x items get x% off whole order

The other One only appears to allow you to give item free rather than % off.
