Safe-T Claims – Order Auto-Refunded Despite Proof of Delivery
Hi all,
I’m seeking support or insight regarding an issue with Order #112-3328713-3367437, which was automatically refunded by Amazon due to an “Order not received” claim.
The item was over $2,000 in value and shipped via FedEx with tracking and proof of delivery, including:
- A confirmed delivery scan from FedEx
- Proof of Delivery documentation
- Direct confirmation from the customer stating they received the item
Despite this, the order was auto-refunded, and no return was initiated or completed. I’ve submitted a Safe-T claim with all supporting documentation, but it keeps getting automatically denied, so I am posting here in case anyone has experienced something similar or has advice on how to escalate this.
This is a significant loss for a small business like mine, especially when there’s clear evidence the order was fulfilled and received.
Thanks in advance for any guidance or support.

How was the customer refunded? through an A to Z claim or did Amazon refund through customer service without an A to Z claim?
IfIf it was an A to Z claim then you have to buy shipping on Amazon for any sort of protection and you cannot file a safety claim against an A to Z decision you have to appeal the A to Z claim.
Officially and technically, signature confirmation should suffice if the customer just got a refund from Amazon customer service and you're trying to recover those funds through a safe t claim.
HoweverHowever signature confirmation means nothing in the context of an A to Z claim if you didn't buy your shipping through Amazon.

I have several safe-T claims in recent years for the same condition.
Don't know either how to get the fund back after Amazon refunded customer automatically.
I asked Amazon customer service about this, but no useful information.
