Identity Verification Video Link - where is it?

Hi all,

A little help would be appreciated as I am becoming extremely frustrated.

I have created an individual account and was asked for my identity documents. I have submitted my passport, credit card statement, and utility bill. I am required to now undertake a video call to verify my identity.

Amazon have emailed me advising of the need to do a video call and directed me to login to my account, select the US marketplace, and go to ‘identity verification’ page and schedule a call. I simply cannot find this particular page. I have asked them to provide a link or tell me exactly where it is but they just keep closing my query without response. Alternatively, if it is supposed to pop up on my dashboard as a tile it is not there.

Maybe I am simply blind, but where is this ‘identity verification’ page and how do i book an appointment?
