Is this a real message from Amazon

@Jessica Can anyone tell me of this is real. It looks a scam, but appeared in my Amazon message box. I have never seen a message like this before.

Scam for sure, report and move on.

Another seller did sadly fall for it recently with grave consequences.

No, this is not a genuine message from Amazon to verify your account. As correctly mentioned by others in the thread, Amazon will not send you messages regarding your account via the buyer - seller messaging system.
