Urgent Assistance Needed: Purchase from Official Brand Supplier Rejected, Left in Limbo by Amazon Health Support
Dear Amazon Community
I am Nida Altaf. I have submitted the appeal twice with all supporting Documents which are more than enough to confirm my compliance with policies, but unfortunately, both times it was rejected without any prior verification. I’m struggling to understand the reason behind the rejection, especially since my purchases were made directly from the brand's official wholesaler who provided LOA, along with email proofs from my supplier. This situation has been quite frustrating for me.
I have spent the entire day working with Amazon Health Support, repeatedly opening cases and pleading with them to connect me with the verification team to resolve my issue. Despite my efforts, I’ve been left in a frustrating and lingering position, with no real progress.
I’ve provided all the necessary documentation, and made purchases directly from the brand's official supplier, and yet my documents keep getting rejected. I’m exhausted and genuinely need help to escalate this matter and clarify the situation directly with the verification team. @Sakura_Amazon_
Please help me in getting this matter resolved, as this situation is causing significant delays and stress.
