Payments still not disbursed after 3 years

Amazon stopped our disbursements, and said they need time to make sure no claims are chargebacks will be made its now been 3 years and they still havent done it, they completely ruined our business by doing this the amount is large , they have been taking £80 a month tho out my balance

What can i do?
