Received Intellectual Property Complaints

Hello, I have received an intellectual property complaint regarding a product that I was selling on but I did not create the original listing.

I believe it was for copyright photos however I did not create the listing and I just joined like many other new seller did after it was listed.

How do i get my account warning removed? I have only been a seller for 1 month and now my account is at risk and I have not done anything wrong?
