Rejection on Product Group Grocery & Gourmet Food

This is very frustrating I have complied with every request sent all documentation request and yet still getting a refusal for my product range. I am the only Scottish Producer of this product, Bske At Home Bottle Bakes. I have a healthy account status, my account has been approved in all countries and yet I cannot get my products approved for listing.

I am getting repeat responses and now I am getting responses about alcohol, my product is a baking product absolutely nothing to do with alcohol.

My main competitor in the UK is approved why am I being rejected?

Is there anyone you can actually speak to ?
