Brand Registry - Infringement - APPALLING communication by Amazon
I am shocked at how aweful Amazon’s support is around the brand infringement platform.
I reported a few infringements and they’ve been accepted, one, however, has been stuck on ‘under review’ for a long time (this is unacceptable)
As a result I opened a new complaint (with the same infringement) and it was accepted. Now the first one is stuck on ‘under review’.
I have submitted endless requests via Seller central and brand registry stating these issues and that I desperately need it to be marked as accepted instead of under review
All I get is an automated response such as it’s already been accepted or I’m using the wrong channel or please submit an escalating via x method. I have done everything over and over again.
Having this as ‘under review’ is stopping me from utalising project zero.
I am not sure what else to do? I have submitted cases under seller central, brand registry, live chat and phone calls all with the same outcome. Automated response stating it’s been accepted and/or the case has been transferred (only to get this update)
Completely ignoring my actual issue of it being stuck on ‘under review’ and it’s causing problems with project zero.
