Seller protection?
Sorry but I thought if you sent an order via International Track & Sign, and the item got “stuck” in the system. Sellers would be protected and not lose A-Z claims,ie Amazon would refund buyer, or receive an ODR mark against you.
Because if this is not correct …what the hell is the point of sending Track & sign or similar??
Someone please enlighten me. TY

without sounding flippant - the terms ‘seller protection’ and ‘Amazon’ do not go together
Unfortunately more often people are noting that they are losing A-Z claims with full tracking and signatures

We do really well selling worldwide on the bay but because of the lack of support/protection on Amazon we only sell within the UK on Amazon. Personally it’s not worth the stress, hassle and time it takes to try and defend yourself from INR’s, non collections etc from orders abroad even when sending tracked and signed and the cases reported on the forums seem to be increasing.

Seller protection is intended to protect you when you have fulfilled your part of the contract. Your job is getting the goods to the customer. If you do that, then in theory () you are ‘protected’.
The courier/carrier/post is part of your responsibility - if it doesn’t get there then you need to take that up with your choice of carrier.

Amazon now offers NO seller protection
They as always just look after themselves.
A 2 Z is this biggest Ability for so called customers to STEAL .

very little point (with amazon).
How much were the prints and to which country did you post them to?

The nearest thing you will get to seller protection here is if you join the seller forfiled prime program and customer service will refund any person claiming not to have received an item but providing you have used Amazon’s own shipping will reimburse you.
apart from that you are very much on your own !
