AMAZON REFUNDING A-Z CLAIM WHEN ITEM SHOWS AS DELIVERED WITH PHOTO. UNABLE TO APPEAL
Why is amazon REFUNDING a A-Z claim when it shows as delivered with a photo and signed for.
They acknowledge that it is showing as delivered and will not count the ODR but still deduct the refund from ourselves.
An appeal brings back the same response we uphold our decision.
WHAT IS THIS FRAUD BEING DONE BY AMAZON AND ITS CUSTOMERS.

Hello @Seller_YA6UgSVGiX3Wu,
I checked with the partner team and they mentioned that the buyer confirmed receiving the item but wanted to return it. You provided them with a return label, and according to tracking, the return was delivered to you on February 20th, 2025.
If you haven't received the returned item, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier for the lost package. The order is already removed from the ODR metrics.
Cheers, Ezra
