No More Royal Mail Buy Shipping Labels Available to Purchase on Amazon
Has anybody else noticed this morning that when attempting to purchase Royal Mail buy shipping labels, and only DPD? It was fine until this morning. Why would this be happening?
DPD is much more expensive we cannot afford to send the item’s via DPD Buy Shipping. Amazon Seller Support said this is an Amazon system issue and should be resolved soon?

When this happens i change shipping date to the next day then back to the current day and all is resolved.

You will only be able to use DPD for one-day shipping.
Royal Mail is only two-day shipping as Tracked24 is not a guaranteed next-day service.

If it’s SFP and RM24/48 is unavailable (we are seeing same issue today), record which order-id’s are sent outwith ‘Buy Shipping’, make sure you choose an equivalent service (eg RM24 for next-day and RM48 for second-day) and send this sheet to SFP Prime team for exemptions.
Likely it’s a national issue, but does not seem to be resolving.
