I have been selling on Amazon for more than 10 years, and it's my major source of income. Its been 5 days since Featured offer went down from 98%-8% i have 287 active listings. The last time it happened we had an issue with ODR and Amazon sent us a notification regarding that, so we could fix it. Now we have no clue how to fix this. I checked and went through all the metrics, i do not have any violations, yes i have 2 chargebacks and 1 negative feedback but it is in a valid range in Customer Service performance 0.67 it is under 1 percent.
Pricing Health in a good condition, these prices have been in this range for last 3 years. Amazon Support is not giving us a any answers regarding this. My sales drop down significantly in these 5 days, please help me out with this.
