Proof of Purchase
Hi guys,
We have a lot of shipment discrepancies and reconciliations. Have you experienced getting required for proof of purchase? We have sent several invoices from our suppliers with the same name and quantity but they just won’t accept the invoice. They said that invoice is different from proof of purchase so we don’t know what else we can send. Can you please help us what type of invoice or proof of purchase we can send them to be approved for reimbursement or if you can recommend platforms who specialize in doing a proof of purchase for us.
