Easyship courier did not come to pick-up and the order is being canceled

Hello, we are a new store on Amazon and so far I have received 3 orders and created a pick-up request to ship them. For all 3 orders the courier did not come to my warehouse to pick up the orders. I have written to amazon officials many times about this but of course they did not provide any solution. I see that I am not the only one with this problem. If you have any solution suggestions, I am open to listening, thank you.
