Help to change legal representative for UK VAT filling

Hello,
I am using Amazon SPN for my UK VAT filling. I am not happy with legal representative company(SPN) and I would like to change it but SPN agent is denying to provide me HMRC login credentials so that I can change my agent. Can somebody help me with this? What can I do to get the login credentials or change legal representative?

I can’t comment on them denying access to you but I would ask how long you’ve been with SPN, how long your contract is for and what the penalty is for breaking that contract (if any)
