Anyone having trouble with Myhermes importing names and addresses?
Has anyone else been experiencing issues importing customer names and addresses to the Myhermes website for dispatch? Not been working for 5 days, manual input is a pain!

I’m using Chrome ans yes Kika they have had no joy either. It is an Amazon problem as Ebay is loading with no issues.

Never used CSV. Hermes importing partial detail such as Postcode, product name and price. Leaves Name, Phone Number and rest of address to be input.
Surely their importation system can not stay down for more than a week heading into the silly season ahead!

This is getting a bit ridiculous now, it’s been nearly 10 days and the issue still isn’t fixed, I did contact Hermes about this and got a reply that their IT support team is looking into it and that was on the 20th October and still no fix yet.
This clearly is an issue with Hermes and not Amazon. I set up an account with Parcel2Go yesterday and all my orders import over perfectly and I can send stuff with Hermes now via Parcel2Go.
