Hi all

I am new and would like to know if anyone is experiencing customers not receiving their orders via DPD.?

I am finding tracking numbers being useless when it comes to tracking via DPD

UK street deliveries are typically extremely reliable with DPD and tracking is usually very accurate.

Are you buying direct with DPD or through a 3rd party?

Tested a few tracking numbers. DPD is working perfectly, GPS shows where driver is and or any additional details in notes. If you are having issues with a DPD delivery call their customer services 0121 275 4815
