Did you get anywhere with this? We are applying to get ungated for Toys and Games.
We are the authorised Distributor for a Taiwanese brand. We have our UK address (as Importer and Distributor) on a label stuck onto the packaging. We got exactly the same response as you did.
Any advice from anyone here on how to prove, on a photo, that the labels are stuck securely and not easily removable would be most appreciated.
