Seller Funded A to Z Claim
I'm confused as to why a customer that filed an A to Z claim was granted as "seller funded" when there is delivery proof of the item as well as photo proof. This was through Amazon shipping. Shouldn't this be an "Amazon funded" claim?
What information do I need for an appeal to be successful? So far I haven't had any luck.
