Amazons Automated Shipping Settings appear incorrect
We are using Amazons Automated Shipping Settings but they currently showing a 10 day delivery time. We send our product 1st Class Large Letter Royal Mail, normally 2 days. Our handling time is 1 day so I'm not sure why it's changed?

That also happened to me it was showing 10 days on my listings ,I use RM24 post Monday to Friday .My late dispatch rate 0%.
Just keep messaging them till they sort it out thats what I did .
I also mentioned it to them on Twitter & Linkedin .

Had this in the past, turned it off, gave it time for listings to re-set, then turned it on again, and back to normal.
If not it could be that there are known issues in your postcode area, and Amazon are extending the times to allow for it, if this is the case, then turn off automation for a few days to allow your manual settings to kick in whilst the issue is sorted and the automation goes back to normal.
