DPD Shipping SFP
Hi
Is anyone having issues buying shipping with DPD in that it's defaulting to DPD Saturday and we're therefore having to manually change each label back to Next Day??

Hi. Yes i have exactly the same issue. I contacted Amazon customer service they said:
"If certain ship method is suggested by the Buy shipping tool then the order will be delivered within the promised delivery date though it is mentioned as Parcel Saturday. Hence you can select any of the option. There are chances the parcel can be delivered before the mentioned delivery date by the carrier hence it is suggested. Please note that merchant shipping services will show only ship methods that will be delivered within the promised delivery date to the customer. If Promised Delivery Date is not met, those ship methods will be filtered out."
I dont trust that answer so I change the settings except on Fridays. The time and effort required to get CS to really understand the issue and then to get it fixed is just too much effort!! Sad but true!

On going issue for a few weeks now this one. Amazon said it wasn't their issue and to push back to DPD.
DPD say its Amazon's tech issue. Re-open case yesterday and waiting for news back. Not hopeful but it does need fixing. Its causing ourselves issues with the software we use to buy shipping labels.
