Unable to move on from send to amazon page

ive created my listings, ive ticked all the boxes, I think but Im unable to get any further. im losing the will … Ive tried seller central , and youtube but to no avail.
Ive got Fba skus but it says ive no skus to send.
My inventory is ready but i cant confirm or continue.
