Two Years No Support STILL. How to reach Amazon Health via email? No response received
Dear Amazon Team,
I called Amazon Health on Friday about my problem (that I cannot permanently close my account without a VAT ID via Amazon support) and the Health team member I was speaking to on the phone said he could not solve my problem and that I had to submit all the details again through "Help/Get support/Selling on Amazon/Account Health/Reactivate Your Account/Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support".
He said I could submit my case that way, but it t does not work, I get an automated email response "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal."

Please could anyone tell me, how on earth I can reach Amazon Health properly? My account is deactivated for not having a valid VAT ID, so the normal support help options are not available. Besides, I've opened 14 cases over the last 2 years to try close my account.
I have emailed my Gewerberabmeldung (German business deregistration) to Amazon several times in past cases, but still have got no support due to an error on my account.
Its now taken two years of cases, I am unsure what to do.

thank you for your post. My name is Olivia, and today I'd like to help you out with your queries.
As far as I've understood the issue, you are not finding the correct support to delete completely your account, after you cut out business in November 2022.
What I suggest you to do, since the issue with your account may be related to the removal of the VAT number once, is to contact directly the VAT number through the following email address, where you can submit again the deregistration document:
de-vat-number-appeals-eu@amazon.com
They will provide you with the next steps you may need to take in order to deactivate the account.
