My brand registration was rejected
Hello Amazon Team,
I really need help registering my brand on Amazon, I made a first request to register my brand on 12/19/2023 but unfortunately it was rejected and I was unable to identify exactly what was the reason for the rejection, as the email sent was very generic.
I managed to close the case and started a new process, immediately I received an email rejecting my registration request claiming the following:
" Why did this happen?
This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form.
Please note that enrollment in Brand Registry is at Amazon’s sole discretion. Any misuse of Amazon’s Brand Protection tools or suspected misconduct in the acquisition or maintenance of your intellectual property rights may lead to restrictions or removal from Brand Registry. "
Then, I went to appeal and filled in all the requested data correctly and submitted again.unfortunately I received another email with the rejection of the trademark registration with exactly the same generic reasons as the first time I tried to register and when I go to the red rejected name to see exactly what the reason was, the reason initially corrected by me, exactly like this :
" This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form."
My case number is ID 14561709201.
Please help me identify what I can improve in my trademark registration.

If you believe there’s been an error in the Brand Registry enrollment decision, submit an appeal. Go to Manage Application, and click Appeal next to the brand application that’s marked Ineligible.
The submission and approval of your appeal is necessary in order to advance your Brand Registry enrollment application. Once you’ve submitted the appeal with all required information, you’ll receive an initial response within three to five days.
