FBA delivery - Why is tracking not showing?

I recently sent a pallet of stock to Amazon and on the shipping page it says that it will enter “In transit” status when I provide the PRO/freight bill number. I provided the PRO/freight bill number last week but it’s still at the “shipment created” stage so I have no idea where the goods are right now.

Is Amazon broken or am I missing something here?

The tracking has never worked properly on the shipment page. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. A lot of the time, you will find that it updates when the shipment is actually received.
It will also very much depend on which company you used, as to whether it will work at all.
In short, don’t worry about it! :slight_smile:
