Keywords, Description and Bullet Points disappearing from listings?
Has anyone noticed that descriptions on their own made listings will disappear, the keywords, description and features/bullet points be removed and the item is just left with the title?
I made 2 listings a few months back ASIN B08VTPXHYB and B08ZQHRN1Z under our brand registry registered trademark/brand.
I am wondering as these are competitive products, if it was a competitor or if it is an Amazon Fault?
ASIN B08VTPXHYB I’ve tried optimising but it just does not appear on the Amazon search anymore (it is screen protectors for an Iphone 11/XR) I was selling 50 a day now I struggle to sell 1.
No matter what I search not even I can find it on Amazon despite being active unless I search the exact title.
Any ideas on why descriptions, features and keywords get deleted from a listing?
And any ideas on how to make ASIN B08VTPXHYB visible again.

You use the above link to change a products category (browser node) or to add one in my case! as it had no category.
This will fix it, to help others if my sales suddenly boom once it’s updated (Amazon review the request within 48 hours they advised) I’ll come back and let you all know

Looks to have either lost the browse node or has been flagged as an adult product. Probably the former - the lack of sales rank is the clue.

I can’t comment on the disappearing keywords and description. But the above option is the solution for changing or adding a product category. Aka the browser node. Amazon updated the category in under 8 hours and I instantly got a sale, it is also now coming up on the search results
