Account Deactivated for forged or manipulated in the gating application
Hi everyone,
I am Reaching out to this knowledgeable community for advice on getting my Amazon seller account reactivated. Initially, my account was deactivated because I submitted a Marshall receipt that didn’t meet Amazon's requirements and was flagged as forged. I know it was my fault should of researched and learn more. I realize that was a mistake on my part.
I studied amazon University and after understanding the issue, I sourced products from a new authorize supplier and submitted all the required documentation that perfectly matches the details on my Amazon account. Despite this, my submissions are either flagged as needing more information or marked as manipulated, which is stressful.
I've provided clear photos of the products and bank statements as proof of payment, along with the supplier invoices. Everything is legitimate and transparent on my end, yet I continue to face these hurdles.
Just for more context, I send an explanation about what happened with a new authorize supplier outlining the required information and Asin- and I still get hit with the not enough information to reactivate my account.
Has anyone here faced a similar issue? How did you navigate this process? Also, if someone has a direct line or specific advice on how to engage more effectively with Amazon's customer service on this matter, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Thank you all in advance for your help!

Your account has been deactivated for having provided forged documents.
Why do you think it should be reinstated when you send now correct, unforged documents for new products? The violation you did IN THE PAST is not simply forgotten and forgiven. You have to try to do exactly what they said you in that message from February 22. If you can not, your account will NOT be reinstated.
Btw, you don't deal with "customer service". You are not a customer but a seller.
