Product stuck in Hazmat staus for nearly 2 months- now reserved/stranded and cant remove

I have an ongoing issue that is extremely frustrating

An ASIN we do well with for over 10 years suddenly went into a Hazmat review.

I have uploaded a current SDS sheet as the product is not classed as dangerous but zero communication at all ...it seems they are struggling to classify the product?Its a merry go round!!

The case I opened on 15 January just keeps every few days generating a generic response.(as below)

Status: Work in progress

"Your request is currently under review by our specialized internal team. They are thoroughly examining the details to ensure an accurate resolution.

We will notify you as soon as we receive a decision or if we need any additional information. No further action is required from you at this time."

Its so frustrating...seller suport are not able to help either by phone or email?

Could any of the amazon forum support team help me on this please ?

Currently ive got thousands of £££s worth of stock stock in either a stranded or reserved status which means it cant be removed either!!
