Read onlyI had 900 pcs in 3 amazon marketplaces.
i send a couple removal orders, i get 850 pcs back. the last 50 pcs are probably lost. Amazon FBA shows them as 'reserved'. I place 2 more removal orders for those 50. they both get canceled. September and October.
i place support ticket asking to be reimbursed. They say "no, the stock exists".
I place 2nd ticket to be reimbursed telling them "either send me the stock or my money back".
they uncancel my September removal so it shows it was sent.
I still havent received anything. i got reimbursed for 2 pcs. so now whenever i ask "where is my stock/money" they reply "what about those 2 pcs? you got money for those 2 pcs."
what gives?
