As title stated that couple of days back i noticed i have 9 units left for buyer, i was shocked because upon checking inventory management section i had 900+ units available in FBA and 40 in reserve.

Yesterday those 9 units sold now next day delivery option is removed from my listing. never happened this before

The last shipment i received in full and closed in June. so there should be no issue. my other products have next day delivery option. i am losing my sales and seller support is not helping. is it because of some glitch or error?

what could be the reason if anyone can help i would be grateful.

Any help on this is much appreciated. I have got an urgent issue with the Seller Fulfilled prime which is currently running on a Trial. When I first registered to SFP my product ASIN B0D3QTRW13 with SFP shipping template always use to show next day delivery but suddenly I have noticed on the amazon listing its now showing the delivery on after 3 days. The next day delivery is not being showed on the listing. I have tried change the shipping template so many times and its just not working. Contacted seller support several time but no help from them. Can anyone please help me with this issue. My sales have been effected and really badly due to this issue.

Hello everyone, I have come across an issue where I cannot gain access to an account I had, the reason being which was a sillly mistake is because i deleted my buyer account which had the same email address as the seller account, so the seller account has been deleted also. Seller support is not really helpful, I am told to try resetting my password or contacting customer sercvice, but again that doesent work. I havent recieved any calls or emails regarding the old account since the account was closed and this is really concerning as I have some stock in the account alongside some funds, it is also impossible to speak to a head or a speciallist about this issue and its basically a loophole of me trying continuously for a resolution which is very time consuming as well. I need some advice from you guys on what I can do at this point.
