DAC7 - Unable to "save and continue"

Hello colleagues,

Has anyone ever encountered a similar issue with the DAC7 as I have? I’m facing a deadline in the USA, where they’re asking me to provide information for DAC7. I’ve already submitted my French VAT number (equivalent to NIF?), as well as all my VAT numbers linked to the PAN EU, but I can’t move on to the next window as the "save and continue" button is greyed out.

Despite opening cases, I keep receiving irrelevant responses.

C'est une question européenne et tu aurais meilleur temps de demander dans le forum français par exemple. D'après mon oppinion c'est tout en ordre vu que le statut de tous de pays est "vérifié". Ca va prendre du temps jusqu'à ce que le système l'aurait vraiment enregistré.

Moi aussi, j'ai complété le nécessaire hier et j'ai toujours les cases roses "Account at risk". Vue qu'on a 60 jours de délai, attends quelque temps encore. J'estime qu'après 5 jours les carrés roses vont disparaître du main dashboard.

Thanks for your reply.

I was unblocked, but I’m now facing another issue again with DAC7.

Please check the screenshots. They are asking me to provide the "company registration number," but when I click on it to enter the information, I get an error message saying: "We cannot process your request. You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed."

It’s been almost two weeks now, despite the case I opened. I have all the necessary information, but I can’t submit it.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

Please help Im experiencing the same issue I have been trying to resolve this through support tickets and requested calls from Amazon several times now and 35 days later Im STILL having the same issue. Every time the case gets «escalated to the responsible team» and no resolution is provided.

I am experiencing an issue while trying to add my Business Registration Number for VAT/TIN compliance. I have attached relevant screenshots for your reference in a case ID 16537660341.

As a sole proprietor in Portugal, I do not have a separate Business Registration Number. My business and personal tax number are the same, linked to my NIF (Número de Identificação Fiscal) .

And according to Amazon Seller Central article https://sellercentral.amazon.es/help/hub/reference/popup/30394, my Business Registration Number should correspond to my VAT number.

So why does the system reject my VAT number (which it says IS VERIFIED on the same page) when I enter is as my Business Registration Number? It makes no sense! My page is showing warnings every time I open any page it wants me to resolve the issue saying I only now have 20 days left!

This is so frustrating! @amazon we need someone to fix this PLEASE!
