Missing amazon business funds

Hi everyone,

Just a strange one and I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered it.

I get a few B2B orders that we have to wait to be paid for.
And these always show as pending in the dispersments summary.

Last night there was a balance showing as pending that can’t be withdrawn yet. And a dispersment was made that does not include this balance as expected.

This morning it is showing no pending business payments.
The orders have not been cancelled or refunded.

Just wondering if it’s a glitch or if somethings has gone very wrong?
I did open a case but got an explanation back about how I have to wait up to 45 days for these payments, which I already knew and didn’t really answer the “Where has the money gone” query.

ours is showing the same - I think Amazon have just changed the layout though. The payment summary used to show an amount and then the invoice totals in brackets as unavailable. As of today the amount showing is the full amount that you can disperse - if you click on the tab for open invoices in your payment section the outstanding invoices are still there. I’ve got some due for payment tomorrow so will check if they actually get paid or not !

What you are talking about are “Pay by Invoice” orders.

”Pay by Invoice allows qualified Amazon Business buyers to make purchases on the Amazon Marketplace and receive billing invoices for their orders. Business buyers who have access to Pay by Invoice have terms such as net 30 that determine when their invoices are due (30 days after bill date in case of net 30 ).

Amazon will credit sellers’ Selling on Amazon payment account when payment for the Invoice is received from the buyer. This may occur around the due date or even before the due date.

However, in case of late payments, Amazon will assume the risk and pay the seller on the 15th day past the due date if the buyer has not paid by that time.”

Hi Kika,

I am well aware of all of that.

It’s just no longer showing the pending sales, they’ve vanished.

I can lookup the orders, they still exist. But the funds are no longer displayed as pending as of today which is concerning.
