Commercial Invoice not accepted?
We sent in our invoices which happen to be commercial invoices and got the response:
“We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listings at this time. We cannot accept commercial invoices unless they show proof of products purchased and include the supplier information.”
It mentioned proof of purchase so I showed them my bank statements. However, got the same response.
What should I do?

Definition of commercial invoice:
A commercial invoice is a document containing important information about the goods you intend to ship; they’re also used to create a customs declaration.
Therefore it does not prove you have actually purchased the goods. The bank statement won’t help because there is no visible link to the invoice - you could have been paying for something completely different (and even if there were, Amazon still won’t accept a commercial invoice).
You will have to get and submit a proper post-sale invoice

Commercial invoices are not acceptable, nor are Pro Forma invoices.
Invoices need to be from reputable wholesalers and manufacturers. Alibaba is not acceptable, nor are store receipts.

Your should send Amazon proper sales invoices.

Hello Iloveyou,
I understand your concern regarding the invoices. @stallion99 & @ BabyBelle have correctly stated why a commercial invoice isn’t accepted.
Amazon accepts an invoice which has the below mentioned details:
- Verifiable Supplier Information (name, address, website, phone number)
- Buyer/Selling partner Information (name, address, website, phone number)
- Issued in the last 365 days
- These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days
- Documents must be authentic and unaltered
- You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files.
Hope this helps.
Noah
