Issues with listing barcode

I am having issues listing a product, when asked to present barcode I supply this and it shows error 5665 any advise on this, this is my first listing I am trying to set up.

Do you mean you are trying to add a new product to your inventory? If so you may be better asking the question in the ‘Listings’ forum and not the ‘Fulfilment by Amazon’ forum.

Error 5665 is usually associated with Brand Registry. This means that the Brand owner wants to limit who can list the product on Amazon so you need to get authorisation from them first.
