I am a new European FBA seller. I have been selling new products for less than a month. The day before yesterday, I suddenly found that there was no traffic to the advertisement. After checking, I found that the prime mark and buy box of the product had disappeared. I opened many cases but got no answer, and the customer service was very perfunctory. The final reply was that I lost my buy box qualification but could not tell me the reason. As for Prime, they don't understand why.
There are indeed some unusual circumstances recently that may affect the loss of these qualifications.
1. From the beginning of sales, the advertising traffic has been 2.1 million per day, the traffic click volume is 2,800, and 39 orders have been sold.
The sales volume is indeed very low, but I also hope that my sales volume can increase. However, novices can't change the sales volume even if they keep trying.
The sell-through rate of inventory performance does have an exclamation mark in the red range, with a value of 0.3. There is no way to increase sales by running advertisements now. Moreover, the T-shirts sold are highly competitive, and they are only sold in summer.
2. The inventory availability rate is 86%, displayed in yellow, and basically all are still in stock. The system recommends 2 products for replenishment. But I want to take this product off the shelves after selling these few pieces, because it is difficult to sell, so I can’t take away my sales rights just because the product is no longer sold.
And now they are launching a large number of new products, but they have not replenished the two products that they want to take off the shelves. ps A large number of new product replenishments have been registered with FBA and one batch is in transit.
There is no abnormality in the warehousing performance, all defect data are 0, and all performances are perfect.
3. The total orders were 45, and the number of pieces sold was 51. I also opened Vine, and the reviews were all 4-5 stars. There was a positive review in the feedback management, and there was an option to reply to the buyer, but I did not reply because the content was all about expressing my opinions. Like the product. Don't know what to answer.
There is an uncontrollable factor here. In the Voice of Buyers, there is a very poor customer satisfaction rating and 20 others are very satisfied. This extremely poor product was approved for return by FBA 10 days ago because I didn’t like the printed material on the clothes. I understand that everyone has their own preferences, but as time has passed, the order still shows that the customer has paid, and the shipment is not found in the return interface. When I open a case, customer service tells me that I cannot contact the buyer directly for FBA returns. Basically Solved by fba. However, the customer who complained about the quality has not yet returned the product. I wonder if it was rectified by my peers. There's no need to give a bad complaint if you don't like it. Anyway, there are only a few solution options, either to remove the product from the shelves, but we cannot ignore other positive reviews.
4. Abnormal operation. I failed many times to upload new products using the template because I didn’t know how to fill it in. Fortunately, I succeeded in the end.
Because the size of the new product is smaller than the previous product, it is in line with Amazon's shipping discount for low-priced products, so the original price of 14.99 was changed to 11.99. Because of hesitation about profit, I frequently changed the prices of all products 6-7 times. I think this is the biggest problem here. If this is the reason, what can be done now? Some new products have not been sold yet. Some of the older ones were sold for 14.99.
It is clearly shown in the shipment that the product is eligible for Prime, and the 100% buy box win rate can be viewed. If there is a problem with one product, it should not affect all products. The account status score is 200, and the three indicators are all 0. There is no problem.
I was depressed and anxious. Seeing summer passing day by day and offline expenses being so high, it seemed like I was sentenced to death.
