It is possible to have two separate accounts, but there are restrictions on this.
Such as, each account must sell completely different items, different bank accounts, different companies.

I’d suggest that you look up the rules.

In addition to the other posters on here you must get the permission of Amazon Seller Support before you set up 2 amazon businesses. Failure to do this could result in the suspension/deactivation of one or both accounts.
