Amazon keeping charging money

Amazon keep debiting money from my account.
Today i got a mail as We have charged your credit card for $47.99 in an attempt to settle your Amazon seller account balance.
As a new seller I don’t get it.
In beginning i thought they r charging as monthly subscription for pro merchant than I changed into individual.
But now they charged me as settle amount.

As the amount is in dollars it would seem you created a global account. When you switched to the individual selling plan that only impacted your EU account. You would need to access your US account and downgrade your account there too - or you may have to contact support.

They did the same to me too and I do not get it. I haven’t even sold one product as yet!
