Read onlyI have had this new seller dashboard inflicted on me today, it’s total trash. I first tried to use it on my phone, you can’t switch between marketplaces, I tried on my iPad, you can navigate between marketplaces on there but you can’t access global selling, I contacted Seller Support and of course they don’t know how to use it, one representative told me to go and buy a laptop or PC. I’m on holiday and wanted to do a few things but it’s not been possible. When you change something it should be for the better not the worse. Instead of messing around with something which was working fine why don’t Amazon focus on things that matter to sellers such as feedback manager, A-Z claims and stopping fraudulent buyers? I can’t even see how much I’ve sold across my marketplaces as before instead I have to go on each marketplace and check them individually. It’s a total fiasco, I don’t know how much more I can take tbh!
