New item Marked Defective
One of my ASIN has been delivered to the FBA warehouse but are marked defective upon receiving.
We understand that there might be defective during delivery but if you send in 1000 unit and out of the 1000 unit a single ASIN with 100 unit are classified as defective. This is unbelievable and does not make sense at all. The worst they would not hesitate to investigate them.
Is there any moderator would look into this? Please help
